What is the structure of The Accreditation?
18hrs on online virtual learning, pre and post work, online assessment, online downloadable learning and delivery materials, ongoing technical support and access to the Facet5 community and practitioner benefits.

On completion of the Accreditation, you will be proficient at and be able to;
- To be proficient to conduct meaningful and effective career coaching conversation using practical conversation skills, coaching skills and active/empathetic listening skills as well as the science of personality and drivers.
- To feel confident that ’career conversations’ and ‘career development’ is a skill and practice in which they are proficient, knowledgeable and competent at within their individual leadership toolkit as well as their organisation’s leadership framework.
- To be proficient in career coaching with a toolkit of practical approaches, models and skills and in delivering three career development one day programs.
