Jessica Symes Toomey

Jessica is a highly skilled executive coach and facilitator working in the field of leadership and career development with a passion for realising potential. Jessica holds a Master of Applied Science, Psychology of Coaching from The University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Communications, Theatre and Media, from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst and a Graduate Diploma in Directing from The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). 

Jessica works across a varied range of industries and sectors across Asia Pac over the last fifteen years and is dedicated to delivering results for her clients through a strengths-based approach to development. Jessica works with cohorts at various stages of their career from graduate’s and early career to senior and c suite executives. 

Jessica partners with large scale global services organisations to deliver leadership program and learning interventions that are evidence based and grounded in science to achieve positive people and culture objectives and targets for the organisation. Jessica’s current passion is in Career Development and is currently working with clients in markets in Europe and the America’s to deliver exciting and innovating approaches to science-based career development. 

Jessica is passionate about delivering exceptional career and leadership development with a collaborative approach to working with clients to produce outcomes that are shaping positive and purposeful working cultures and world class approaches to people development.

Jessica works within Symes Group delivering keynotes, presentations, workshops and programs and coaching engagements as well as an associate and partner with leading learning and development providers and is a guest facilitator at the University of New South Wales UNSW Leadership Foundations Program and a regular expert speaker in the media and business publications.
